You can experience the variety of colours and aromas that the process of harvesting this botanical species produces until its final stage which is packaging to be exported.

Irlanda Farm
    The farm is located two hours from Tapachula in the Soconusco region of the Chiapas Sierra Madre mountains, between 700 and 1200 metres above sea level. It has an annual median temperature of 21C and an annual average rainfall of 5000 mm. The Irlanda estate is a pioneer and promoter of the organic-biodynamic system of coffee production, which includes cadamon, caco, honey, (wooden) species, flowers, and tropical foliage. It currently exports high quality organic-biodynamic sustainable-grown coffee, socially just, environment friendly, to toasters in Germany, Holland, Sweden, United States, Japan, Denmark, and England, and is certified by prominent international brokers. This farm has demonstrated that coffee production can be economically viable, environmentally safe, and socially just, and able to compete in an increasingly difficult market. Owner and promoter Walter Peters greets you with a cordial manner and a cup of one of the world’s most select coffees.

Finca Hamburgo
    The farm was founded in 1888 by Arthur Edelmann, of Perleberg, Germany. Arthur was invited, along with other Europleans, to populate, develop, and create centres of employment in the high area of Soconusco, Chiapas. The Hamburgo farm distinguished itself since that time by introducing cutting-edge technologies in the coffee process. It is still one of the farms that retain more than 80 families as a permanent workforce, who in return receive free accommodation, education, medical services, electricity, and drinking water. Hamburgo farm is excellence by tradition with a coffee of extraordinary quality, owing to the area’s altitude, the variety of trees for shade-growing, and the skilled labour available. The farm is currently administered by the fourth general of the Edelmann family. The exclusive accommodations prepared for the hotel are designed with exquisite taste and for total privacy, the panoramic view is unrivalled, and the warm, personal treatment by señora Betty will make your stay a very pleasant one.

Argovia Farm
    Founded in 1880 by a Swiss family from the Argau canton. The estate was acquired at the end of the 19th century by Adofl Giesemann, and today is managed by the fourth generation of coffee producers. The farm also produces exotic flowers for export It is a delight to take a biologist-guided tour of the floral centre where the colours and shapes make this a wondrous experience.
    This farm also offers a gastronomic experience as the chef utilizes products local to the region to create exquisite dishes.
